The books came today. I never would've thought 35 books would've fit in so small a box. Strange, the things that go through your head... I was elated and depressed at the same time. Debra called it "post-partem" and I tend to think she's right. She brought me a copy to work and I showed it off to some people; all were nice and excited. We make our plans to take over the world now. And tonight I practiced signatures -- how weird is that? Vanity so oddly mixed with a desire not to disappoint someone by putting a boringly block-lettered or misshapen blur of ink on a title page. How wondrous strange. How strangrous.
